- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctor Aquino was awesome. Great Doctor. The problem was with his desk clerk. I was charges $100 prior to my appointment and told the charge was for anything the insurance didn’t cover. I thought this was odd because I had already checked with my insurance to find they covered 100%. After the procedure I called the desk clerk to get my $100 dollars back and she told me it was a scheduling fee. This was the first time I had been told this. She advised me that I signed paperwork stating it was a scheduling fee. If this is the case then she out-right lied to me prior to my procedure as she told me what every form was before I signed it so we wouldn’t be there 8 hours reading forms. It’s not the $100, it’s the principal of things. Be truthful upfront.March 21, 2017by Jeff Lamar
